Lead Vision Architect · Co-Founder
A visionary educator, performance architect, and former All-NJAC wide receiver. A Maxwell Top 49 player in New Jersey, he earned All-County, All-Conference, and All-State honors at Bayonne High School before William Paterson University. With a Sociology degree, NJ Social Studies teaching certification, and CSCS credentials, Malcolm bridges academics and athletics with uncommon clarity.

A proud Bayonne High School graduate and former two-year starting offensive lineman at William Paterson University. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, built his career with Fortune 500 companies, and now serves at a brokerage firm on Wall Street — bringing finance and operations discipline to Greater Leaps.

A passionate educator, school administrator, and advocate for student success with over ten years of experience. He has designed data-driven programs that integrate academics, athletics, and character development, ensuring every scholar-athlete receives the support, challenge, and guidance they need.
