A Maxwell Top 49 player in New Jersey, Malcolm earned All-County, All-Conference, and All-State honors at Bayonne High School before continuing his career at William Paterson University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, along with an NJ Social Studies teaching certification and CSCS credentials. Blending educational leadership, youth development, and athletic performance, Malcolm bridges academics and athletics with uncommon clarity.
